Country Manager / Sales Engineer Eastern Europe

Based in Eastern Europe and servicing the whole of Eastern Europe

A P Products is looking for an upbeat, focused and well-organized individual to become a welcomed addition to our sales team. Candidate must be committed to winning and working hard within a total team environment. Candidate must also be results-driven and committed to the same high standards of excellence that A P Products was founded on. The Country Manager's primary focus will be Key Account support and maintenance, as well as development of new business at new accounts. Candidate should be extremely proactive, well organized, responsible, self-reliant and should work well with Customers and with the total team.


Responsibilities:

• Support and maintain Key Account relationships
  

• Develop new business at new accounts
  

• Proactively provide the home office team with information vital to the success of active and new programs
  

• Be a leader and a valued contributor to both the Customer and the total team

Requirements:

• Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
  

• Minimum of 5 years of previous work experience in related disciplines
  

• Strong applications experience in the interconnect field
  

• Candidates must be comfortable working in a fast paced, constantly evolving, team environment
  

• Strong account management, interpersonal, communication and organization skills are essential
  

• Must have good analytical skills
